Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us.

We honor returns and process refunds on a case-by-case basis.

The gift cards and oil change packages sold on this site are valid only at participating Jiffy Lube locations in Florida, South Carolina, and Massachusetts. Not all Jiffy Lube locations in those states participate. Because of this, if you purchased a gift card or oil change package by mistake, you may request a refund.

Please note that our payment processor charges a non-refundable transaction fee on each purchase. As a result, any approved refund will be issued minus the non-refundable transaction fee.

We make it clear prior to purchase that these products are only valid at certain participating locations. Customers are responsible for confirming that their preferred location participates before completing a purchase.

Customers are also responsible for selecting the correct oil type for their vehicle. We are not responsible for purchases made for the incorrect oil type, and refunds will not be issued for this reason.

To request a refund, please email info@jiffylubespecials.com and include:

  • the email address used for the purchase
  • the last 4 digits of the credit card used
  • the specific purchase or purchases you want refunded

Refund requests must be submitted within 1 year of the original purchase date. No refunds will be given more than 1 year after purchase.
